Forty years ago, in 1976, over four hundred fresh faced first years started at Penicuik High School.
Now, four decades on, a group of former students have teamed up to arrange a reunion featuring music, entertainment and loads of nostalgia.
The planned event will taken place on Saturday 20 August at 19:30 in Shottstown Miners Welfare Club, Penicuik. Tickets cost £8 in advance (click here) or £10 on the door. Any money raised above the amount to host the event will go towards the Penicuik Storehouse project.
Don’t worry if you haven’t seen your classmates since the eighties as everyone attending will be given a name badge.
This one off event is open to anyone who started Penicuik High School as a first year in 1976, a second year in 1977 and so.
