Penicuik’s floriculturists, botanists and lovers of all things green and horticultural are gearing up for the town’s bi-annual flower show.

On Saturday March 11 at Ladywood Lesiure Centre, Penicuik Horticultural Society will be holding their 67th Spring Show.

Featuring creative displays, intriguing plants and flowers, handicrafts and home baking, the show brings together the best of the local area. Everyone is welcome when the doors open at 1pm.

In addition to horticultural competitions there’ll be a raft of stalls offering fresh baking, plants to buy and even a tombola.
